Questions
Before you book
What do I need to rent a car?
A valid driver's licence held for at least a year, a credit card for the security hold, and you must be 21 or older. Drivers aged 21–24 pay a young driver fee.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track the flight number you give us and adjust the pick-up time. Waiting for a late flight costs nothing extra.
How is a freight job priced?
A call-out fee for the truck plus a rate per kilometre, with loaders, cover and port handling added only if you choose them.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time from the My bookings page.
